During difficult moments in our lives, finding understanding help us to build flexibility, strength, self-awareness and perseverance to live more in harmony with ourselves. Psychotherapy will allow you to more understand yourself and overcome the obstacles that prevent you from achieving your personal potential and goals. 

My role as a therapist is to help you become aware of repeating disfunctional behavioral patterns, change them into more functional and desired life. At my practice, I provide a space full of safety, compassion and respect where I can help you to reach your fullest potential and harmony. 

In my practice, I use elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Play and Art Therapy. I am also a certified Parenting Coach of “The Joy of Parenting” american method. After each session, you will receive therapeutic tools and materials which you can implement and practice in your daily life.

During first session we will allow time to know each other and define and set up goals for your therapy.

I provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, children, families and Parenting Coaching, in Polish and English.
