Hello,

My name is Agata Nowakowska.

I founded Empatia Psychotherapy Practice out of passion to help others to discover their full life potential and find the best version of themselves.

Patients value my ability to listen, understand and empathize.

I approach each person individually, adapting appropriate therapeutic techniques and tools.

I am LMFT – Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. 

I received my education at the San Diego State University (CA).

After 26 years of living in California, I came back to Poland in 2019 and continue to work as a psychotherapist in my practice in Śrem and Poznań. 

Privately, I am a mother of adoult son, I love animals, nature, traveling and outdoors activieties.
